Included in this cross-global view of contemporary graphic commentary are such issues as nuclear arms, AIDS, the environment, and the ongoing search for peace. Large scale and bold flat patterns characterize the graphic works of both artists in this exhibition, and visual puns and wit are used to underscore issues of serious concern in today's world. Text is used sparingly, and the impact is clearly focused on the iconic nature of the images.
