Actor, author, and prison activist, Bryonn Bain used his LWB (living while black) arrest in New York to create critically acclaimed LYRICS FROM LOCKDOWN, a one-man hip hop theater experience to tell his shocking story of police abuse, racial profiling, and unjustified imprisonment. Bryonn is currently developing UCLA's prison education program at the California Institute for Women, a continuation of his 25 year commitment to bring arts, activism, and education to incarcerated people.
